In a medium bowl, combine mango, avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and Tajin. Stir gently to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, paprika, chili powder, and kosher salt.
Brush the glaze mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
Cook the salmon for 4 to 5 minutes per side until caramelized outside and flaky inside.
Remove the salmon from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
Spoon the fresh mango salsa generously over the salmon before serving.
Notes
The salsa is best served fresh the same day. Pat the salmon dry before adding the glaze for better caramelization. Leftover salmon works great in tacos or rice bowls.
